Welcome to The Comeback Community I’m Tim Guest, a 47-year-old husband and dad to two wonderful daughters, now living on the beautiful island of Jersey after moving here from the UK in 2022. My journey has had its share of challenges, including a life-altering year in 2020, when I underwent neurosurgery. Recovery wasn’t easy—I struggled to climb stairs, had lost my strength, and felt disconnected from the life I’d known. But through resilience and the support of my family, I began to rebuild my fitness, finding my way back to health and a new purpose.
That journey taught me one thing: setbacks don’t define us—how we rise does. That’s why I created The Comeback Community, a space for men ready to redefine their goals and take charge of their next chapter.
This isn’t just a programme—it’s a movement. For men in their 40s and 50s, it’s a chance to reconnect with purpose, reignite motivation, and achieve goals you thought were out of reach.
