In 2020, I came out of brain surgery physically broken — but that wasn’t the hardest fight. I turned to booze too often, slipped into depression, and relied on prescription drugs just to get through the days. I was drifting, and I hated the man I saw in the mirror and even more, I hated the father figure I was becoming.
But I chose to fight back. Step by step, I rebuilt my body, my mind, and my purpose. Since turning my life around I've quite booze, completed an Ironman 70.3 and a full marathon in 2025.
I know what it means to fall — and exactly what it takes to rise again.

It’s a private coaching experience where I guide you using the tools and techniques I mastered on my own comeback journey — lessons forged through resilience, discipline, and three years of working closely with Ollie Ollerton. Without his mentorship, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
